 People can vastly underestimate and underappreciate the glories of heaven.  For many, the thought of heaven is boring – “spending all day sitting on a cloud and playing a harp.”  Even Christians are not immune to devaluing the true splendors of heaven.  They can think, “I want Jesus to come back, but not until after I get married.”  Or “Heaven seems great, but I want to have children (or grandchildren) first.”  Such sentiments reveal a glaring misunderstanding of heaven.
