I believe one of the reasons why so many Christians are disillusioned and/or frustrated with Christian ministry is because they have a wrong perspective of ministry.  Over the years, I have discovered that many Christians unwittingly approach ministry with a secular worldview and philosophy.  The result is often contentious, if not outright divisive.
